When is it?

Saturday 29 September 2018. There are two sessions available to book: 11am-3pm and 7pm-11pm.

Bapsy Hall, Guildhall Winchester

How many tickets are available?

We are expecting up to 200 people on each session.

Will you be selling them on the door?

Tickets are available on the door, subject to availability. We strongly recommend booking in advance
to avoid disappointment.

How many exhibitors are confirmed?

We are expecting around a dozen exhibitors on the day.

Will I get to try coffee?

Yes, there will be specialty coffees to try on the day.

Will I get to buy coffee?

Yes, there will be specialty coffees to purchase on the day.

Will there be food & drink?

You will be able to buy food and drink from the various vendors on the day.

How do I sign up for the workshops/demos?

You will be able to sign up for the workshops and demos on the day by putting your name day with
the exhibitors’ stands.

Will there be cocktails at both sessions?

Yes, cocktails will be available to purchase at both sessions.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children under the age of 16 have free entry to the daytime session.

Is there parking?

The closest parking available is Colebrook Street or Chesil Street. For the daytime session, we
recommend using the park and ride service.

Can I go out and come back in again?

When you arrive at the festival, you will be given a lanyard that will allow you entry back into the
hall.

I can’t go now, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds however you can transfer your ticket.

Are there still exhibiting opportunities?

Spaces are filling up quickly so if you are interested in exhibiting please email
info@winchestercoffeeschool.co.uk as soon as possible.
